Ever feel confused about what email or phone number to use to contact U荔枝视频鈥檚 Information Technologies, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, Institutional Research Information Services Solution (IRISS), Research Management Systems (RMS) and Finance departments? 

Starting Oct. 15, U荔枝视频鈥檚 IT Support Centre and Integrated Service Centre will be combined to create UService. UService is your one-stop-shop for all IT, HR, Supply Chain Management, IRISS, RMS and finance inquiries. 

鈥淭his change will provide an enhanced customer experience by simplifying processes to reach IT, HR, Supply Chain Management, IRISS, RMS and Finance,鈥� says Rita Neogy, senior director, supply chain, operations and services. 鈥淚nstead of multiple phone numbers to access these departments, one phone number will put you in touch with these services, as well as new streamlined email addresses and a strengthened walk-in service when we are back in person. Our goal is to provide an enhanced end-user experience, faster answers and a simpler process to access the important services we offer.鈥� 

Access UService 

Accessing UService is simple. You can either visit the UService website, call 403-210-9300, or use one of the following email addresses:

On the UService website, you will find information about UService departments, how to contact them, as well as answers to other frequently asked questions. Over the next few months, UService will continue to evolve and make changes. The campus community will be updated as these changes develop.
