Water restrictions at UÀóÖ¦ÊÓƵ
The ÀóÖ¦ÊÓƵ is actively taking steps to reduce the amount of water we draw from city infrastructure and we encourage everyone on campus to do their part. Small actions across our community will make a meaningful difference.
Campus facilities will remain open.
- The Aquatic Centre pool will continue operating and will only be refilled as needed.
- Showers in the Dr. Roger Jackson Kinesiology Complex will remain available, and users are encouraged to keep showers under three minutes.
- Students living in residence are asked to limit water use when showering, doing laundry and washing dishes.
Operational and research teams will modify their practices.
- Caretaking teams will adjust cleaning methods and schedules to reduce water consumption, and research teams will decrease water use where possible.
If you notice a water leak, please report it immediately through or by calling 403.220.7555.
UÀóÖ¦ÊÓƵ’s hybrid work program will remain unchanged. Employees are expected to attend their regular in-person workdays. Classes will also continue as scheduled.
