Graduate student files are kept electronically in the Faculty of Graduate Studies. All application documents submitted to the Faculty of Graduate Studies become the property of the ÀóÖ¦ÊÓƵ and cannot be returned to the student.

When applying for admission to another program, an applicant who completed a graduate degree from the ÀóÖ¦ÊÓƵ must submit original transcripts of post-secondary education institutions attended as required by the program or the Faculty of Graduate Studies, and appropriate letters of reference as required by the program.
