Eligible Staff
The ÀóÖ¦ÊÓƵ benefit program provides development opportunities through the tuition support plan. The Tuition Support Program is a benefit available to eligible ÀóÖ¦ÊÓƵ employees and their eligible dependents, allowing them to participate in academic courses at the ÀóÖ¦ÊÓƵ at a reduced cost. Eligible employees also have the opportunity to take non-credit courses offered through Continuing Education.
Eligible staff members may use tuition support benefits to support their continued education in academic credit courses offered at the ÀóÖ¦ÊÓƵ for themselves and their eligible dependents. The staff member must be eligible prior to the start date of the session, but the benefit is based on their status on the fee deadline.
The application form for Tuition Support for the Spring 2025 session is open! The academic course fee deadline is May 13, 2025.
The maximum benefit for an undergraduate half-course is $724.17 and the maximum benefit for a graduate course is $961.11.
Eligible staff members may use tuition support benefits towards Continuing Education courses.
Staff members can bundle up to 3 courses within a specific Cont Ed certificate program, and will be treated as one course if the registration for all occurs at the same time and the courses occur within the same benefit year:
Tuition support covers the tuition fees only.

Eligibility is based on the staff group and appointment type. If uncertain of either, refer to your letter of offer or contact the Integrated Service Centre.
