- Must be enrolled in an official UÀóÖ¦ÊÓƵ Exchange or Group Study Program in The Netherlands and paying tuition and fees to the ÀóÖ¦ÊÓƵ.
- Academic merit
- Preference to a student who intends to complete a Study Abroad program at Utrecht University.
